Miss Elizabeth Sadtler
38 Marlborough Street
Boston, Mass.

Lizzie,

I just came home from a lecture at the old Beebe
mansion. Mr. Bristol has turned it into a spa
of sorts and now it’s the Falmouth Institute.
He believes people should only pay what
conscience dictates. Mrs. Helen Randle,
a nutrition “expert,” charges a pretty penny
for the same advice Mom gave for free—
You Are What You Eat!
My conscience told me Mrs. R.’s a con artist.

I wish I was there, not here,
Maisie
